Hey there, we're Camilla and Keziah.

 

We are mothers, certified Pilates instructors, pre and postnatal experts and the creators of Mamma Method® postnatal fitness.
While on maternity leave, we bonded over our difficult vaginal and c-section birth stories, weak pelvic floor muscles, a three finger diastasis recti and the lack of safe, effective but actually challenging postnatal fitness options available to help heal and strengthen our bodies.
Soon after, we created Mamma Method®  - an innovative low-impact (but challenging!) postnatal fitness program that combines elements of Pilates and barre and helps women heal abdominal separation (diastasis recti), strengthen their pelvic floor muscles and tone their entire body while wearing their baby in a carrier.
Since then, we've helped thousands of women around the world strengthen and heal the bodies, so they feel great and have the confidence and energy to live their best lives after having a baby.
